Privacy
Booking Bear is designed for provider-side booking operations. We keep customer scoring and operational notes private to the provider workspace.

Provider workspace data
Booking Bear stores provider setup, services, availability, booking requests, customer contact references, operational notes, and status history needed to run booking workflows.
Verification data
Booking Bear stores verification status and provider actions, such as pending review, approved, declined, reviewer, review time, and provider notes.
Verification files
Booking Bear must not store customer verification images, documents, biometric data, or file references for verification evidence.
Customer scoring
Customer scoring and private notes are tenant-internal operational data and must not be exposed through customer-facing endpoints.
Cookies and local analytics
Booking Bear uses essential first-party cookies for sign-in sessions and language preference. We do not currently use third-party advertising, retargeting, session replay, or marketing analytics cookies.
Retention and deletion
Workspace data is kept only as long as needed to operate the service, support providers, meet security obligations, and preserve required audit history. Contact your operator support channel to request export, correction, or deletion review.
